$10 Deal of the Day

Hello Everyone! 

I can’t believe that I haven’t posted anything in over a week.  It’s been a little hectic around here but in a fun way.  And I don’t foresee it slowing down until mid July.  So bare with me if my blog post and visiting are a little sporadic. 

Today, I was at one of my favorite places….Home Good Store and I think I got the deal of the day.  I purchased this clock for $10!  

The original price was $29.99.  The little hook that holds the bell was broken and I asked if they would reduce the price.  I was as happy as I could be when she said she would sell it to me for $10. 

I used a little Welders glue to attach the hook to the bottom and it’s good as new. 

I have been making some changes in the kitchen and one of the changes is a new table for the kitchen.  Charlie and I made a farm table. 

 

It’s been stained, painted and distressed and it’s the kitchen.  I still have a few more things to do and then I’ll share it all.
